Your data creates opportunity.

Your everyday records may be worth something to companies building AI.

HistoryPays helps established companies find out whether they are, and handles the license if they are. You don’t sell your records: you keep them, and license a copy.

Straight answers.

Why would anybody want our records?

Companies building AI learn from how real businesses work: the emails, chats, tickets and files a company produces doing its everyday job. Records like yours can be worth something to them. Whether yours are depends on what they are, and we find that out with you.

Are we selling our data?

No. Your company keeps its records and keeps owning them. What you agree to is a license: the right for a company building AI to use a copy, on terms set out in writing that your attorney reads first.

What does HistoryPays do?

We find out whether your records are worth something, and if they are, we handle the process: the conversations, the license and the hand-over of the copy. You deal with us throughout.

What am I promising if we go ahead?

That your company owns the records and has the right to license them. Read the license with your attorney before you sign it.

What should we leave out?

HR and payroll, health records, card numbers, anything about children, privileged legal files and client tax data.

What will we be paid, and when?

Nobody can say before your records have been looked at, so we don’t guess. If they are worth pursuing, you get the license terms in writing before you agree to anything.

Who pays the person who introduced me?

HistoryPays does. Their fee never comes out of what you’re paid, and you never pay anyone a fee.
